Necessary: to reply to your request for a conversation and, where applicable, send you a proposal.
We do not use your data for additional purposes.
4. Transfers and processors
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. To run the site and send messages we use providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel, Inc. (site hosting) and Resend (sending the email with your message). These providers may store information on servers outside Mexico.
5. ARCO rights and limiting use
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO), revoke your consent, or limit the use or disclosure of your data by writing to contacto@tupla.dev with your name, the right you wish to exercise and the data it concerns. We will reply within the time limits set by law.
