A system that digitizes the entire school vision-screening process, end to end. It automates pre-registration, payment, payment reconciliation, results capture and parent notification — a process that used to depend 100% on manual work (reconciling deposit by deposit and sending results one by one) now runs with no human intervention. It brings the specialist's administrative time down to zero and removes the margin for error in delivering results.
A billing and invoicing engine that gives an AI sales assistant the ability to close the full sales cycle within a single conversation: it calculates VAT, generates the payment link and issues the CFDI invoice automatically once payment is confirmed, with no involvement from the business owner.
